The Exhibition space will be located in the Conference Welcome and Reception Area. This is adjacent to the catering facilities where the delegates take refreshments. Tables and chairs will be provided but other facilities will be available on request.

Cancellation charges: Notification of exhibition package cancellation musty be made in writing and received on or before the following dates:
Prior to 10th July payment will be refunded less £200 (plus VAT) administration fee
After 10th July payment will no longer be refunded.
