The International Sports Science and Sports Medicine Conference would welcome support from sponsors who would like to showcase their products and services. Conference Passes
Each Sponsor of the Premier Partnership will receive 4 complimentary Attendee Passes and the option to purchase more at a 20% discount on the Registration Fee.

Your Company to be featured on the Conference website with a hyperlink to your home site.
Signage
The Premier Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide appropriate signage in the main Conference Rooms and in the Conference Reception Area (1 x banner site per location).
Promotional Material
Company logo to appear on all printed promotional material, save delegates gifts and memorabilia.
Literature
Opportunity to include your Company's brochure and/or gift in the attendee pack which will be handed out to the delegates who attend the Conference.
Exhibition Opportunity
Opportunity to benefit from an exhibition space 4m x 3m in the Coffee/Administration Area.
Financial Implications
The cost to benefit from the Premier Partnership Package is £8,000 plus VAT.
Sponsorship Packages: Gold Partnership
Gold Partners
Ten Gold Partnerships will be available.
Conference Passes
Each Sponsor of the Gold Partnership will receive 2 complimentary Attendee Passes and the option to purchase 6 more at a 15% discount on the Registration Fee.

Acknowledgement of a Gold Partner sponsor on the Conference website.
Signage
Gold Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide signage in the Main
Reception Area
(1 x banner site – size to be agreed).
Literature & Promotional Material
The Gold Sponsor will have the opportunity to include their company's brochure and a gift/give away in the delegates welcome pack.
Financial Implications
The cost to benefit from the Gold Partnership Package is £5,000 plus VAT.
Sponsorship Packages: Entertainment Programme
Welcome Reception
As delegates arrive they will be invited to meet the Speakers and other delegates at a Welcome Reception on the eve of the Conference.
The Sponsor will have the opportunity to host the Reception and showcase their Company's products and services.
The hosting Company will have the opportunity to be included in the welcome speeches.
The hosting Company will have the opportunity to have Pre-Reception Private Drinks with the Conference Speakers and VIP Guests. Company literature can be distributed at the Welcome Reception.
Signage
As Sponsor of the Welcome Reception you will be able to provide appropriate signage in the Drinks Reception Area.
Financial Implications
The cost to benefit from Sponsorship of the Entertainment Programme is £8,000 plus VAT for both the Welcome Reception and the Conference Lunches.
£5,000 plus VAT for Sponsorship of either the Welcome Reception or Conference Lunches.
Exhibition Opportunities
Limited space is available for exhibition space opportunities and companies will be accepted on a first come first served basis. By exhibiting at the Conference you will have direct links with some of the U.K.'s and World's leading Sports Academics and Sports Medicine Practitioners. Exhibitors will be provided with a full delegate list on the eve of the Conference. The exhibition space will be located in the Conference Welcome and Reception Area. This is adjacent to the catering facilities where the delegates take refreshments. Tables and chairs will be provided, but other facilities will be available on request.
Exhibition space – 1 unit is 3m x 2m / Small Exhibition space – 1 unit is 2m x 1.5m.
